Whenever there is a red "DO NOT RECALL" banner on a patient's profile, Dental Intelligence will not create any Automatic Hygiene Recare, Unscheduled Broken Appointment, or Unscheduled Treatment Follow Ups for that patient: 

This red "DO NOT RECALL" banner shows up on patients for different reasons, based on which practice management software you use. To see what happens in your system, find the software that you use in your practice: 👇

DENTRIX:

 The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up on Dental Intel if either "No phone calls" or "No correspondence" are checked in Dentrix.

OPEN DENTAL:

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up on Dental Intel if the "Preferred Recall Method" is "Do Not Recall" in Open Dental.

EAGLESOFT: 

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up on Dental Intel if "Receive Recalls" is NOT checked in Eaglesoft.
