Saving Statements in Open Dental

Step by Step Instructions:

1. Access the Open Dental Account for the Patient

2. Select the Statement drop down menu

   

3. Click Email

   

4. Select Save button, this will automatically populate into the Images section of Open Dental

   

Sending Payment Request with Attached Statement in Engagement [Modento]

Step by Step Instructions:

1. Select Three Dot Menu next to patient's initials

2. Hover over the Communication option

3. Select Send a Payment Request

   

4. Click the Check Box next to Attach a Statement

5. Click the Load button to pull through the most recent saved statement

   

6. Adjust additional settings as needed

7. Click Send
