In order to enable the Electronic Signatures for specific forms, you will need to reach out to our support team. When you connect with support, let them know which forms you would like to add signatures to and which designated role will be responsible for signing these forms (Doctor, Office Manager, Hygienist, or Dental Assistant)!

Now that support has enabled this feature, you will need to update the user settings for team members who will be responsible for signing these forms in Engagement [Modento]. This can be done by following the steps listed below.
Enable Users to Sign Forms in Engagement [Modento]
Step by Step Instructions:
Access the Settings
Click into the Users tab
Select the Edit button under the needed User
Scroll to the Position Role drop down menu and select the applicable role: Doctor, Office Manager, Hygienist, or Dental Assistant
Once you have selected the Role, scroll to the bottom of the user settings and click the Can Sign Forms check box
Click Save User
