LocalMed will send email notifications to your patients as they schedule online. These emails by default will include the LocalMed Logo at the top of the email the patient receives, however, this can be customized to your practice's information. Refer to the following steps to make changes.


How to Customize Patient Email Formatting using the White Labeled Notifications

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Access the LocalMed dashboard ( localmed.com/clients )

  2. Scroll to the Add-Ons section on the right hand side of your screen

  3. Access White Labeled Notifications by selecting the Plus Sign (+)

  4. Here you can add your Practice Logo by selecting Choose File

  5. Add a Reply-to-Name for the email

  6. Include the Email Address you would like the emails to appear to be from


Please note: The actual message sent to the patient cannot be customized.
