Newsletters are a great way to communicate and connect with your patients on a monthly basis. Newsletters are pre-made written templates that will include informational content regarding dentistry, a Dental Dad Joke, and a Staff Spotlight where you can add in a team member's picture and introduce them to your patients! We release these in the beginning of each month so you can send them in a timely manner.
💥Note💥: It is required that these Newsletters are customized prior to being sent out in bulk or individually to patients as there are sections of the newsletter that are left blank for you to fill out. Refer to the following steps to learn how to do this!
Customizing Newsletters
Step by Step Instructions:
Access your Engagement [Modento] Settings
Click into the Templates tab
Find the Newsletters drop down menu to view all existing Newsletters
Click the Eye icon to preview or Click the Copy button to create a customizable copy
You will be able to edit the Newsletter as needed, then click Save
These customized Newsletters will be stored in the Custom Templates section, here you can select the 3 Dot Menu and select Edit to continue customizing
When editing be sure to add your Staff Spotlight!
Click Save when you are done!
Sending Newsletters in Bulk
Step by Step Instructions:
Access the Patients Tab
Select the top left Check Box to select all patients
Click the Bulk Action drop down menu
Select Send Formatted Email
Click the Templates Drop Down Menu
Hover over Newsletter
You will see the newsletters you have customized
Select the Newsletter you would like to send
Customize as needed
Click Send
