Analytics: Why a Production Goal is not Showing (Troubleshooting Clinical Hours)

This article will discuss Provider Production Goals and how they are effected by Clinical Hours

In order for goals and hours to calculate properly, you must have a value entered for each day of the week. If there are days that are missing entered hours, Dental Intelligence will not be able to apply the hours to the Production Goal calculation as it is not complete.

If the Schedule and Off buttons are showing on a day, this means that a value has Not been entered so the clinical hours are not complete. If the provider is working that day, choose Schedule and then enter the number of hours. If the provider is not working that day, choose Off, this will populate 0 hours for that day.

According to the screenshot below, hours will be calculated properly for the second hygienist because a value is entered for each day, but not for the first one.
