Online Scheduling: Generate a QR code for scheduling links
Make scheduling even easier for your patients! You can now generate a QR code directly from any scheduling link. Add it to flyers, business cards, front desk signage, or your website so patients can book appointments quickly just by scanning with their phone.
Online Scheduling: Set 'latest availability' in practice-level services
Take control of how far out patients can book appointments. This new setting allows you to define the latest available date (up to 6 months) for online scheduling at the practice level—helping your team manage availability and keep your schedule organized.

Need to update your account information or check your permissions? You can now view your profile details instantly using the new profile shortcut, giving you quick access to personal and practice information without extra clicks.
Added security in the Patient Portal/mobile app for shared contact info
To protect patient privacy, we’ve added an extra verification step for patients who share the same phone number or email address. These patients will now be prompted to enter their date of birth to access the Patient Portal or mobile app—ensuring secure and accurate access every time. Learn more about the Patient Portal.

Sort Scorecards metrics by Analytics Feature
Finding the right data just got easier! You can now filter and sort Scorecard metrics based on how they appear in other Analytics Dashboards—like the Performance Board, Collections Board, Provider Pulse, and more. This new view makes it simple to locate and organize metrics across your favorite dashboards.
Location and Provider Scorecards: New Bitewings and Fluoride metrics
Gain deeper insights into your hygiene performance with two new metrics now available on your Location and Provider Scorecards—Bitewings and Fluoride. Track and measure these key preventive care indicators to better understand trends and identify opportunities for improvement across your team.
Use the search bar in the Scorecard Metrics dropdown to locate your desired metrics and apply them to your Scorecard.
