In Dental Intelligence, you can mark forms and health history updates as completed for individual patients to avoid requests being sent out automatically through TouchPoints.
To mark forms and health history updates as complete:
Click the forms icon next to the patient's name on the Patient Finder dashboard
Click on the pencil icon next to the form type that needs to be marked as completed
Enter the form completion date, then click Save
How to Mark Health History as Submitted
Click on the Health History icon (black clipboard icon) next to the patient's name in the Patient Finder dashboard
Enter in the Date that the Health History was submitted on, then click Save
Note: If you do not see the forms icon or the medical form next to the patients name, this means the patient's forms / Health History have been marked as completed/submitted.
