Why Daily & Weekly Reports are Valuable
Your practice's goals are unique, so we designed our reports to give you unique answers. Daily and Weekly Reports available in Analytics provide greater insight into the current health of your practice. View statistics by role as they relate to gross production, net production, collections, and more.
Reviewing Daily or Weekly Reports is easy with automated report emails. To start receiving report emails, toggle on the option in the upper right corner of your Daily and Weekly Report pages.
Accessing Your Reports
Your Reports tab contains all the progress reports provided by Analytics. Hover over the Reports tab in the left-hand menu of your Analytics Dashboard, then select the Daily or Weekly Report.
Note: If you do not see a reports tab, you have not been given access. Please reach out to an Admin team member in your practice.
Understanding the Daily and Weekly Reports
The Daily Report captures the following metrics on a day-by-day basis. The Weekly Report captures the following metrics within a weekly time frame.
Overall Practice Standings
Total Gross Production of the selected day/week
Total Net Production of the selected day/week
Total Collections of the selected day/week
Total New Patients of the selected day/week
Practice Standings by Dentist Role
Dentists' Gross Production of the selected day/week
Dentists' Net Production per Visit of the selected day/week
Dentists' Treatment % Acceptance of the selected day/week
Practice Standings by Hygienist Role
Hygienists' Gross Production of the selected day/week
Hygienists' Net Production per Visit of the selected day/week
Hygienists' Re-Appointment % of the selected day/week
Practice Standings by Front Office Role
Scheduled Patients Rescheduled during the selected day/week
Patients Not Rescheduled during the selected day/week
Unscheduled Active Patients during the current day/week
How to Run a Daily Report
Hover over the Reports tab in the left-hand menu of your Analytics Dashboard
Click to select Daily Report
The report view will default to the current day. Change the selected day by clicking on the blue Calendar button in the upper left corner
Review the generated results by Role (Dentist, Hygienist, and Front Office).
Note: Daily Reports cannot be printed directly from within Analytics. To receive a printable version of this report, please toggle on the option to begin receiving automatically generated Daily Report emails in the upper right corner of your Weekly Reports page.
How to Run a Weekly Report
Hover over the Reports tab in the left-hand menu of your Analytics Dashboard
Click to select Weekly Report
The report view will default to the current week. Change the selected week by clicking on the blue Time Range Calendar button in the upper left corner
Review the generated results by Role (Dentist, Hygienist, and Front Office).
Note: Weekly Reports cannot be printed directly from within Analytics. To receive a printable version of this report, please toggle on the option to begin receiving automatically generated Weekly Report emails in the upper right corner of your Weekly Reports page.
