When customizing Treatment Plan Presentation Verbiage in Engagement, there is a verbiage option that mentions notes that are pulled in from your practice management software.

Because these notes are pulled directly from Open Dental, the content cannot be modified in Engagement and must be changed in Open Dental.
In Open Dental, these notes are pulled from Preferences > Treat Plan - General > Default Note.
Customize the content written in the Default Note directly in Open Dental to have the changes reflected in Engagement.
Note: If the Default Note section in Open Dental does not have any content, it will not be included in the message delivered to the patient.
