If you have called a patient and resolved the reason for one of their Follow Ups, follow these simple steps to give yourself credit for your efforts and complete the Follow Up:

1) Navigate to the patient's card (profile) and find the Follow Up you want to complete. Then, simply click the check mark button found here:

2) At this point, you simple follow the process to record what happened on your phone call with the patient. Depending on what you select as you move through the process, you'll either be prompted to reschedule the Follow Up for another day to remind you to call them again in the future or you will record who you scheduled and for what.

It is so easy!
