The Xplor Pay Portal (previously known as Clearent) allows you to access statements, detailed reporting, batch information, funding status, disputes, tax documents, and more.
Watch the video below to learn how to navigate the portal effectively.
Setting up your Xplor Pay account for the first time
When your Xplor Pay merchant account is approved, you will receive a welcome email from Xplor Pay with instructions to create your login credentials. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within 24 hours of your enrollment being confirmed.
If you did not receive the welcome email or your account setup window has expired:
Contact Dental Intelligence support and request that the Xplor Pay welcome email be resent
Once received, follow the link in the email to set your password. The link expires after 72 hours
After setting your password, access the portal at my.xplorpay.net using your email address and new password
Login to the Xplor Pay Portal
To access the Xplor Pay Portal:
Log in to Dental Intelligence
Navigate to Settings > Practice Setup > Payments
Click the link under Xplor Pay Merchant Home (https://my.xplorpay.net)
Log in to the Xplor Pay portal with your account username and password
Resetting your Xplor Pay account password
If you've forgotten your password or are locked out of the portal:
Go to my.xplorpay.net
Click Forgot Password on the login screen
Enter the email address associated with your merchant account
Follow the reset link sent to your email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder
If the reset email never arrives, contact Xplor Pay directly at 855-558-3414 — they manage account credentials and can manually trigger a password reset.
Note: Dental Intelligence support cannot reset your Xplor Pay portal password — this must be handled through Xplor Pay directly or via the self-serve reset flow above.
