Initiate outbound calls directly from a patient's record in Dental Intelligence — no app switching, no dialing by hand.

When you need to reach a patient about an appointment, a treatment plan, or a follow up, simply open their Patient Card and click the Call button. Mango Voice handles the rest, connecting the call while keeping the patient's full record visible on screen so your team always has the context they need.

How it works

  1. In Dental Intelligence, open the patient card by clicking on a patient's name

  2. Click on the phone icon next to the patient's phone number

  3. The call will automatically connect through Mango Voice. The patient card stays open so you can reference patient stats and notes during the call

Review Call Logs from the Patient Card

After each call ends, an AI-powered summary is generated and sentiment analysis is automatically added to the patient card in Dental Intelligence. Your team can instantly see what was discussed, how the patient felt during the conversation, and what tasks may be needed — all without touching a keyboard.
