The Call Logs dashboard in the DI Voice portal shows a chronological list of every call on the selected account — inbound, outbound, and internal.
Call List
The table shows:
Date/Time — When the call started.
Direction — Inbound, outbound, or internal.
From / To — The calling and receiving numbers. A sub-label may appear underneath, such as "Called by" (who placed an outbound call) or "Routed to" (who an inbound call was sent to).
Duration — Talk time. Does not include ring time.
Status — Completed, No Answer, Busy, Failed, or Voicemail.
MOS — The call's quality score (the worst score across all call legs).
The list shows 10 calls per page. Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between pages.
Call Details
Click any row in the Call List to open the call details page. Every page starts with a Call Information card showing:
Direction — Inbound, Outbound, or Internal
Status — Completed, No Answer, Busy, Failed, or Voicemail
Started / Answered / Ended — Timestamps for each stage of the call
Duration — Talk time
The remaining fields depend on the call's direction:
Outbound — Called By, Destination, Caller ID
Inbound — Number Dialed, Caller, Routed To
Internal — Originating and receiving extensions
You can open a call's detail page while the call is still in progress. The page updates automatically once the call ends.
Call Recording
If a recording is available, an inline audio player lets you listen in the browser. Use the Download button to save the audio file.
To pause a recording mid-call — for example, while collecting payment card details — press *7 on the phone keypad. Both parties will hear one low beep. Press *7 again to resume; both parties will hear two higher beeps. The recording saves as a single file, with a silent gap where the paused portion was.
AI Summary
For calls with a transcript, an AI-generated summary gives a quick overview of what was discussed.
Transcript
The full speech-to-text transcript of the call. Each speaker's turn is tagged [Local] (your team) or [Remote] (the other party).
The Transcript heading also shows a sentiment analysis badge for each side of the call:
Sentiment | Meaning |
Positive | Real satisfaction or gratitude |
Negative | Real frustration, complaint, or distress |
Mixed | Strong feelings pulling in both directions |
Neutral | Routine and businesslike (the most common result) |
Sentiment is scored separately for each speaker, so you can tell which side of the call a given analysis came from.
Quality Metrics
Per-leg quality metrics (Endpoint and PSTN), show for the call when available:
Metric | What It Measures |
MOS | Mean Opinion Score (1.0–4.5). Green = good (3.5+), yellow = fair (2.5–3.5), red = poor (below 2.5). |
Jitter | Variation in packet arrival time, in milliseconds. |
Packet Loss | Percentage of packets lost during the call. |
Round-Trip Time | Network latency, in milliseconds. |
