The Patient Finder is a powerful tool that can help you find which patients you need to follow-up with. Mass creating Follow Up Tasks from a Patient Finder list can help you reach out to the perfect patients to fill your schedule!

Create Bulk Follow Up Tasks from a Patient Finder List

  1. Click on the Patient Finder dashboard in the left side menu of Analytics

  2. Click to open the desired list or create a new list from scratch

  3. Select all patients on the list by clicking the checkbox at the top of the list or choose just a few by selecting checkboxes next to individual names

  4. Click on the Actions button in the upper right corner

  5. Click the Add Follow Up option

  6. From there select the Follow Up Task Type from the drop down menu

  7. Then select Unassigned or choose a Specific Provider to select a team member to assign it to

  8. Click Save in the bottom right corner to complete

Note: If a patient on this list already has an open Follow Up Task of any type, it will not generate a new task of that same type. The number of patients on the list will likely be greater than the number of patients on the Follow Up Tasks because of this.
