At the beginning of every month you will be emailed two different types of monthly statements from Dental Intelligence:

Monthly Payments Statement

Monthly Payments Statements are not only emailed to you each month, but they are also easily accessible within your Dental Intelligence Growth Platform. Here you can view current and past month statements.

  1. Hover over the Payments icon on the left and select Monthly Payments Statement

  2. Click on the month in the sidebar that you want to view

  3. Your monthly statement includes:

    1. The gross amount of payments collected through di. Payments

    2. Amount of any refunds issued through di. Payments

    3. Interchange Fees:

      1. These are fees charged by the card brand, ie Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. Each brand has a different exchange rate. Dental Intelligence does not add anything on to these fees.

    4. Other Bank Dues | Assessments

      1. These are the fees that the issuing bank charges, for example Chase, Capital One, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc. These fees vary from bank to bank, as well as the type of card used to make payment. For example, a rewards card will have a higher fee than a debit card issued by the same bank. Dental Intelligence does not add anything on to these fees.

    5. Net Deposit is the amount that has been deposited into your bank account for that time period.

AR Management Statement

The AR Management Statement is emailed to you at the beginning of each month. This statement reflects the 1% accounts receivable management fee applied ONLY to the amounts that your office collected through the di. Payments feature.
