Updated lefthand menu navigation

We've made a few changes to the main lefthand menu in Engagement! Please pay attention to the following navigation updates:

  • Patients dropdown

    • The Patients dropdown includes Patient Chat, Patient Finder (formerly known as Patients), and Rewards.

Important note for Engagement/Analytics bundle users: The Patient Finder in Engagement is not the same as the Patient Finder in Analytics. You can continue to load Analytics Patient Finder lists into Engagement to take advantage of additional filters.

  • Communication Logs dashboard

    • The Communication dropdown has been consolidated into Communication Logs in the lefthand menu. Now you can track all communication types by clicking across the header of the Communication Logs dashboard.

Office Hours setup has moved

To make managing your practice office hours easier, we've created an entirely new Office Hours tab in the Practice Setup section of Engagement Settings.

NEW! Post-Op Automation and Post-Op Instructions TouchPoint

Send post-op information to patients automatically based on procedure code with our new Post-Op Automation and Post-Op Instructions TouchPoint workflow!

To get started, navigate to Settings > Consents > Post-Op Automation. Then, link procedure codes to post-op consents from your Consents Library.

Once you've linked your procedure codes with post-op consents, it's time to enable the Post-Op Automation TouchPoint to begin sending post-op instructions to patients after their procedure is completed. Navigate to Follow Ups TouchPoints > Appointments.

NEW! Outstanding Treatment TouchPoint

Automatically send scheduling requests to patients with outstanding treatment based on the treatment dollar amount and time range criteria you set up using the new Outstanding Treatment TouchPoint. To get started, navigate to Follow Ups TouchPoints > Scheduling.

Quickly enable/disable consent automation

Now you can decide to turn consent automation at your practice on/off with the click of a toggle. Just navigate to Settings > Consents > Consent Automation.

The consent automation toggle does not impact post-op automation. Learn more about automating consents.

DSO: Copy user permission settings across regions

Granting access to additional regions is now available in Users > Permissions. Just open the desired user profile, click on the Permissions tab, and choose which regions you'd like to apply the same permissions to.


Analytics

BETA: Multi-location Performance Board now includes Appointment, Cancellation, and No-Show metrics

Group practice and DSO leaders can see vital metrics like production, appointments, cancellations, and no-shows across multiple locations on the Performance Board.

To get started, just click on the Locations dropdown, make your selections, and click Apply. Then, choose the By Location or By Region view to see aggregate data across multiple locations.

Remember, By Location/Region Views allow you to see data in our standard Tiled Layout or our new Wide Layout.
