Updated lefthand menu navigation

We've made a few changes to the main lefthand menu in Engagement! Please pay attention to the following navigation updates:

  • Schedule dropdown

    • In addition to containing LiveOps and the Scheduling Center, the Schedule dropdown now also includes all Online Scheduling dashboards: Action Items, Performance, and Configuration (formerly known as Settings)

  • Revenue Cycle dropdown

    • The Revenue Cycle dropdown includes Payments and Eligibility

  • Marketing dropdown

    • The Marketing dropdown includes Email Campaigns, Email Templates, and Swell (if enabled)

NEW! Patient Reactivation TouchPoint™

Looking for an easier way to contact patients at your practice that haven't made an appointment in a while? Take advantage of the new Patient Reactivation TouchPoint™ to start sending out messages automatically to patients who haven't had an appointment within the time range you set.

Customize your message and go live in just a few clicks to start contacting patients right away!

Allow scheduling within 15 minutes of available appointment time

Need to fill last minute blocks on your schedule? Now you can set up practice-level services with an earliest availability of 15 minutes, allowing patients booking that service to get on your calendar ASAP.

Just navigate to Schedule > Configuration > Practice-level services to get started.


Analytics

Multi-location Performance Board now includes all metrics

Group practice and DSO leaders can now see all the vital metrics they know and love on the Performance Board in a multi-location view!

To get started, just click on the Locations dropdown, make your selections, and click Apply. Then, choose the By Location or By Region view to see aggregate data across multiple locations.

Remember, By Location/Region Views allow you to see data in our standard Tiled Layout or our new Wide Layout.
