View multi-location data in the Collections Board using the new Locations selector
View data across multiple locations in the Collections Board using the new Locations selector in the upper left corner! Directors, managers and executives can get a quick visualization of your organization’s collections efforts across selected locations.
Just click on the dropdown, select locations, and click Apply. Watch your data update to include totals and averages across the locations you have chosen, then use it to gain better insights into collections performance and trends.
In this initial phase of our multi-location Collections Board, trends, source data, and AR Ratio data will be unavailable when multiple locations have been selected on the Collections Board. Single location data is not impacted.
Note: You must have full dashboard access at all locations in order to view multi-location data on the Collections Board.
Scorecards: Exclude results without data for easier viewing
By default, time period results that do not populate any data in Scorecards will now be excluded. This helps you keep your Scorecard review clean and concise, so you can focus on the information that matters most to you.
If your data pull includes results without data, you'll be alerted and can choose to view all results by clicking on the Show All Results button.
Or, click on the 3-dot menu near the dropdown menus to toggle the data exclusion setting off/on:
New Scorecards metrics
With this release, you'll have 4 new metrics in Location Scorecards:

There are also 2 new metrics in Insurance Carrier Scorecards:

Note: New Scorecards data can take up to a week to populate past time periods for each practice. If you do not see data after a week has passed since the release, please contact our Support team.
