The Collections Board gives you ability to track all things collections related in your practice. This video will give you a brief overview of the metrics that are on the Collections Board and how you can use them to improve your practice.

Which metrics do not update when the date range on the Collections Board changes?

When changing the dates on the Collection Board, all metrics will update except AR Aging and Claims Aging. This is due to the period in which the charts display data. Both AR Aging and Claims Aging are based on the last 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ days. This means even though the date range changes, the last 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ days do not and therefore the data remains the same.
