If you are part of a DSO, or Dental Support Organization, accessing reports through Dental Intelligence Analytics has never been easier!

With Dental Intelligence's Accounts Receivable dashboard, you will be able to identify areas of growth and opportunity for individual practice locations. Watch this video to learn more:

Navigating the Accounts Receivable Dashboard

  1. Hover over the DSO dashboard icon on the left hand side of your Analytics dashboard

    1. Please note: Access to these reports is dependent on an individual user's permissions. They will only be able to see reports for locations they are added as a user with Full Dashboard Permissions enabled. To learn more about user permissions, click here.

  2. Using the dropdown menus, you can group the list of practices by Region or Location as well as filtering AR aging statistics by Locations and/or AR Age.

  3. Select the arrow to the left of the practice name to view patient vs insurance portions.

  4. Click on the age range buttons to reflect that date range on the graph.

  5. To see a further breakdown of trends, click on the Trends icon.

Data Validation

To validate this data within each practice's Analytics module, take note of the Insurance and Patient portions that appear in the Accounts Receivable dashboard, then access the practice's Collections Board and AR Aging source details. These numbers will match to provide clarity to the DSO location and provide the list of patients with existing balances:

  1. In the Accounts Receivable dashboard, take note of Insurance and Patient portions:

  2. Access the Collections Board for the applicable practice location.

  3. Click the magnifying glass to view the source details.
