NEW! Scheduling Center
Introducing the new Engagement Scheduling Center: a centralized dashboard that allows your office staff or scheduling team to schedule appointments on behalf of patients, allowing you to quickly find availability on the schedule at any practice you have access to.
Just click on the Schedule dropdown in the left side menu and then click Scheduling Center to get started.
Select locations, choose a practice-level service, and then select a date. Available appointment time slots will be populated by provider.
Update logo/color schemes on custom scheduling links
In addition to adding a custom image/logo as well as updating primary colors, you can now customize secondary colors in custom scheduling links!
Changed your mind on the colors you chose? Just click Set to Default Color to revert the color back to Dental Intelligence defaults.

BETA: Multi-location Collections Board
View data across multiple locations in the Collections Board using the new Locations and Views dropdowns! Directors, managers and executives can get a quick visualization of your organization’s collections efforts across selected locations.
To get started, just click on the Locations dropdown, make your selections, and click Apply. Watch your data update to include totals and averages across the locations you have chosen, then use it to gain better insights.
Looking for even more information about how this data is broken down across each location? Use the new Views dropdown to see data as an Overview or By Location. Our By Location View allows you to see data in our standard Tiled Layout or our new Wide Layout.
While our multi-location Collections Board is in beta testing, source data will be unavailable when multiple locations have been selected on the Collections Board. Single location data is not impacted.
Note: You must have full dashboard access at all locations in order to view multi-location data on the Collections Board.
Add unique logos to Scorecards
Looking for an easier way to organize and locate your Scorecards at a glance? Now you can add unique logos/images to each Scorecard.
To add a logo, open the Scorecard and click on Scorecard Settings.
Drag and drop your image or upload it, then save your changes. Your logo/image will now show by the Scorecard name and on your Scorecards list.

With this release, you'll now be able to use the AR Ratio metric in Location Scorecards.
