NEW! Explore the Dental Intelligence Mobile App
As of April 2025, we've consolidated our DI Analytics and ModentoGo mobile app features into the new and improved Dental Intelligence app. Now, both Engagement and Analytics users can login to the Dental Intelligence mobile app using their portal credentials.
The Dental Intelligence app provides access to the schedule, reports and analytics, patient messaging, Team Chat, notifications from LiveOps, and more while maintaining compliance and permission-based access, ensuring streamlined workflows, accessing data quickly, and enabling staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Chat with patients directly from the patient card
Keep conversations going directly from the patient card! Now Patient Chat functionality is available in the new Chat section of any patient card.
Click on a patient name to open their patient card, then click on Chat. Load a quick message, add placeholders, images or emojis, and even assign the convo to another teammate.

Accept or reject appointment requests in LiveOps
In addition to accepting appointments requested online by patients, now you can also reject them directly from the LiveOps schedule. Just hover over the requested appointment on the schedule and click the thumbs up icon to approve or the thumbs down icon to reject.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports consolidation
To make navigation more efficient, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports have now been consolidated into one General Reports dashboard.
To access Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports, just hover over the Reports icon in the left side menu of Analytics and click on General Reports. Then click on the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sections to toggle between each report.
Day View, Week View, and Month View Schedule consolidation
To make navigation more efficient, Day View, Week View, and Month View Schedules have now been consolidated into one Schedule Analysis dashboard.
To access your Day View, Week View, and Month View Schedule, just hover over the Schedule icon in the left side menu of Analytics and click on Schedule Analysis.
By default, the schedule is displayed by month. Click on a specific date on the calendar to view that day's Schedule by Provider or Schedule by Operatory.
Click on the date breadcrumbs at the top of the schedule to switch between the day, week, or month view.
BETA: Multi-location Collections Board now includes Region View, 90-Day Collections and AR Days metrics
Now when you select to view multiple locations on the Collections Board, you'll be able to select a By Region View, as well as see 90-Day Collections and AR Days metrics.
To get started, just click on the Locations dropdown, choose your View, and click Apply. Watch your data update to include totals and averages across the locations you have chosen, then use it to gain better insights.
While our multi-location Collections Board is in beta testing, source data will be unavailable when multiple locations have been selected on the Collections Board. Single location data is not impacted.
Note: You must have full dashboard access at all locations in order to view multi-location data on the Collections Board.
