Engagement
NEW! Payments: Add automatic follow ups to payment requests
Add follow up reminders to single or bulk payment requests in Engagement Payments! Now when sending payment requests, you can choose to add up to two follow up reminders that are triggered in the event a patient doesn't submit payment after the initial request is sent.

NEW! Payments: Share your Patient Portal link with a QR code
In addition to sharing your Patient Portal as an HTML link, you can now also share it as a scannable QR code for added convenience!
Access your QR code by navigating to Engagement Settings and clicking on the Services tab. From the Resources section, click on the QR code icon to download your practice's unique QR code and use it in practice paperwork, at your front desk, on your website, and more!
When a patient scans the Patient Portal QR code or clicks on the Patient Portal URL linked from your website or included in a text or email message, they will be prompted to verify their identity by confirming their phone, email, or initials.

NEW! Payments: Turn Payments in the Patient Portal on/off
All OpenDental, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix users can toggle their Patient Portal settings to allow patients to make payments when logged in to the Patient Portal. The default setting for this option is toggled to On. If this toggle is turned off, patients will only be able to complete forms via the Patient Portal.

Now you can create new non-existing patients directly from your LiveOps® dashboard when scheduling an appointment!
In the LiveOps® scheduling window, choose to create a new patient, then enter their details to add the appointment to your schedule.

Industry benchmarks for percentage-based metrics
Now you can see how you measure up to others out there across the country when it comes to percentage-based metrics in Scorecard Visualizations! These markers can be turned on or off in Scorecard Settings.
Percentage-based metrics show how well the office is doing at adhering to standard operating procedures that staff are expected to follow regardless of what market an office might be in. Whether in a rural town of a few thousand or a metropolis of millions, these percentages can tell a lot about most any of them.
