Bulk direct message lists with over 250 recipients are now automatically sent out in hourly segments

We're excited to share that our latest update will now queue bulk direct messages in segments if the patient list includes more than 250 recipients.

When using the Bulk Action feature in Engagement, you'll notice a pop-up alert notifying you that all additional patient messages over the 250-recipient limit will be sent out in 250-count segments every hour until completion (Note: queued message segments will not be sent during default quiet hours).

As always, bulk direct messages should only be used to send important office updates to immediately impacted patients (ie, an unexpected office closure). Sending mass text messages runs the risk of the number being flagged as marketing/spam by carriers and not being able to communicate with patients via text.

Updated User settings workflow

Adding and updating users in Engagement just got even more efficient! Now you can quickly set up new users in just a few clicks with minimal information. Editing users has also been streamlined with user settings organized in convenient sections.

Link new minor patients to a guarantor during online scheduling

Now when new minor patients schedule an appointment online using the same phone number and email address as their guarantor, their account can be linked to an existing guarantor in Engagement.

Adjust the LiveOps® scheduling interval

Now in LiveOps® Settings, you can update the scheduling interval that shows on the LiveOps® schedule view in increments of 5 minutes (up to 30 minutes).

DSO: Additional copy capabilities added to Organization Setup

In addition to copying verbiage, forms, consents, automated communication settings, and online scheduling services, you can now copy the following features across locations in Engagement:

  • Email templates

  • Message templates

  • Practice logos (icon and big logo)

  • Office hours

New Procedure Codes Scorecard Templates

We've added 5 new Scorecard Templates all about Procedure Codes! To get started, click on the Scorecard Templates tile in your Scorecards dashboard.

New Provider Scorecard metrics added: Tx Teams

Now you can review Tx Team metrics in Provider Scorecards! These metrics specifically will match those in the Provider Pulse because they are oriented around treatment teams, like the Provider Pulse is.

Choose any Tx Team-related metric from the Treatment Case section in the Scorecards Metrics dropdown menu by searching tx:
