Manage LiveOps® in Modento Go
Using the Modento Go App with LiveOps®, you have the ability to push notifications to your phone and/or Apple Watch.
LiveOps® will automatically update as patients go through the appointment journey in your Practice Management Software. You can also manually move patients throughout the columns as needed by simply dragging their patient bubble to the designated area. When you hover over or select a patient bubble, the icon will highlight with the coordinating color of the Primary Provider's icon they are scheduled to see.
When a patient is in the Seated stage, you can notify the Doctor or Anesthesiologist that they are needed, as well as prepare patients for check out. Remember, patients must be manually moved to the Check Out Area.
