The Morning Huddle, unlike other Dental Intelligence applications, is cache-based, which means we only generate the metrics on the page the first time somebody at the practice loads it for the day. This means the page will not refresh each time it is opened. This helps speed up load times on the Morning Huddle! Since the page does not refresh automatically, clearing the cache plays an important role in fixing data inaccuracies.
How to Clear the Cache
Access the Morning Huddle by clicking the coffee cup icon in the left side menu
Click on the settings gear in the right corner of the Morning Huddle dashboard to open Morning Huddle Settings
Locate the Clear Data Cache line item and click the Clear button
Your browser will automatically refresh and reload the page to clear the cache. Once your page has reloaded, you're good to go!
