The Morning Huddle, unlike other Dental Intelligence applications, is cache-based, which means we only generate the metrics on the page the first time somebody at the practice loads it for the day. This means the page will not refresh each time it is opened. This helps speed up load times on the Morning Huddle! Since the page does not refresh automatically, clearing the cache plays an important role in fixing data inaccuracies.
How to Clear the Cache
Access the Morning Huddle page by clicking the little coffee cup icon in the top left hand side of the screen ☕
Hover over the small rectangular tab below your initials, this will pop up with an additional stats tab when you find it
Click the Clear Cache button
The final step in the clearing cache process is to refresh the page. You can do this by hitting the refresh button in the top left hand corner of your browser
