NEW! Create your own Permissions Presets

Make setting up Engagement access easier with Permissions Presets. Create your own unique preset to define access levels for users on your team.

Once a preset is created, apply it in the Permissions section of a user profile.

Set top 5 preferred insurance carriers in Online Scheduling Settings

In addition to selecting insurance carriers you accept as well as those you do not, you can now select your top 5 preferred insurance carriers. These carriers will be displayed at the top of the carrier list when a patient is booking online, making it easier for them to select from the carriers you see most frequently.

Customize your General Scheduling Link in Online Scheduling

Now you can customize your practice's General Scheduling Link with additional details and brand colors. Just navigate to the Scheduling Links section of Online Scheduling and click on the General Scheduling Link pencil icon to make changes.

NEW! Create regions and copy settings across multiple locations

Group locations into different regions in the Engagement Organization Setup tab. Regions can be used to manage permissions, billing or to copy settings across locations.

Once a region has been created, easily copy verbiage, forms, consents, email templates, and more to additional regions in your organization.

Important note: In order to create regions in Engagement, you must be a practice admin with access to the entire organization.

BETA: Multi-location Performance Board

In a matter of seconds, group practice and DSO leaders can see vital metrics like production, reappointment and case acceptance across multiple locations on the Performance Board. Get a sneak peek at the By Location and By Region view for the production widget on the Performance Board and see visualize production for each office or region in a single view.

To get started, just click on the Locations dropdown, make your selections, and click Apply.

Looking for even more information about how this data is broken down across each location? Use the new Views dropdown to see data By Location or By Region. In this first phase of the DSO Performance Board, you'll only be able to see Production data across the locations you have chosen. Our By Location/Region Views allow you to see data in our standard Tiled Layout or our new Wide Layout.

While our multi-location Performance Board is in beta testing, source data will be unavailable when multiple locations have been selected on the Performance Board. Single location data is not impacted.

Note: You must have full dashboard access at all locations in order to view multi-location data on the Performance Board.

NEW! Insurance Carrier Performance Scorecard Template

We've added a new Insurance Carrier Performance Scorecard Template that provides key insights into data like production, collections, AR, patients, and more related to insurance carriers accepted at your practice.

New Scorecards metrics

We've added the following new metrics to Location Scorecards:

  • Production Goal by Office Setting: Get a different look at your production goals across your practices now that you can place it as a metric on your scorecard right next to metrics like production and scheduled production.

Now you can see metrics found on the Production Board but in a Scorecard to your liking. Apply metrics to your location scorecard for number of treatment cases or treatment case dollars to get a better idea of treatment acceptance in your practices. Check out the following Hygiene Case Acceptance metrics:

  • Case $ Presented Hygiene Average

  • Case $ Accepted Hygiene Average

  • Case $ Presented to Accepted Patients Hygiene Average

  • Case $ Accepted Hygiene Average by Accepted Patients

Or, the following Restorative Case Acceptance metrics:

  • Case $ Presented Restorative Average

  • Case $ Accepted Restorative Average

  • Case $ Presented to Accepted Patients % Restorative

  • Case $ Presented to Accepted Restorative Average

  • Case Accepted $ Presented to Accepted Patients Restorative Average

  • Case Accepted $ Presented to Accepted Patients % Restorative

Note: New Scorecards data can take up to a week to populate past time periods for each practice. If you do not see data after a week has passed since the release, please contact our Support team.
