Single Sign On Update

We're simplifying your Dental Intelligence credentials! If you use the same email address to login to Engagement and Analytics, you'll notice an alert during your next login attempt that changing your Engagement password will also update your Analytics password. Moving forward, you will only need one set of credentials to log in to both products.

If you utilize a different email address or username between Engagement and Analytics, you'll receive a pop-up notification that will give you the option to consolidate your login credentials, or continue using separate login details.

NEW! TouchPoints™ Dashboard

We're excited to announce the launch of TouchPoints™, now available inside your Engagement module!

Our new TouchPoints™ dashboard is everything you already knew and loved about the automated communication section previously found in your settings, but streamlined to simplify setup and help you provide a better patient experience.

Quickly and easily add a TouchPoint to the patient journey, customize your message and delivery, and toggle TouchPoints on and off as needed. You're in full control and can ensure your patients get all the info they need, without getting overwhelmed or fatigued by too many notifications hitting their inbox.

Ready to get started? Head over to your brand new Follow Ups tab in Engagement and click TouchPoints™ in the dropdown menu.

Online Scheduling Action Items Filters

When accessing your Hygiene Past Due List in Online Scheduling Action Items, you can now filter by due date and recall last sent. Just click on the column to apply filter(s) to your list and show patients who meet that criteria.

DSO: Patient Chat

Now DSO and multi-location users can communicate with patients from every location they have access to, regardless of the current location they're currently signed into on Engagement. You can also choose to assign team members from other locations to handle conversations. Just use the location filter to select the practice(s) you'd like to view chats from to get started.

Tip: The practice name will show beneath the patient name in the chat window so that you know which location that the patient visits.


Analytics

Updated: Clinical Hours Navigation

We've made managing provider Clinical Hours easier with updated navigation. Now, tracked and untracked providers will be shown in the same list in your Clinical Hours page.


Tracked providers will be shown at the top of the list, and untracked providers will be grouped after the last tracked provider. Start tracking clinical hours by clicking Track Clinical Hours beneath any untracked provider name. Stop tracking clinical hours by clicking Remove from List beneath any tracked provider name.

Use the filter dropdown to filter providers by role or show tracked providers only.

Multi-Location Users: Deactivate or Copy User Settings

It's easier than ever to keep users organized and with access to the locations they need in Analytics. Now when you deactivate or make changes to user settings in Team Management, you'll be prompted to select the locations that these changes should be applied to. Just click Apply to save your changes.

Referral Sources Drilldowns in Provider and Location Scorecards

Drilldowns in Provider and Location Scorecards now include Referral Sources data. Just click on the arrow next to each provider or location name to explore additional data.

New Location Scorecards Appointment Metrics

Take advantage of a few new Appointment category metrics in Location Scorecards. Just click on the Metrics dropdown, then use the search bar to locate these new filters:

  • Scheduled Net Production Procedure Date

  • Scheduled Net Production Entry Date

  • Scheduled Net Production Estimated (Open Dental Only)

Important note: New metrics can take up to a week to populate past time periods for each practice. If you do not see data after a week has past since the release, please contact our Support team.
