User Settings Updates
Copy user settings to other locations
We're excited to share a few updates to the user settings. When editing or adding users in Engagement, you will now be able to copy the user settings to other locations.
In addition to this you can now grant users access to the Entire Organization to ensure they are able to access all practices in the DSO. These are only applicable if you are a part of a multi-location practice.
Make a patient-facing user a dashboard user
Now you can quickly update a patient-facing user profile to a dashboard user with just the click of a button! Simply click on the 3-dot menu, then click Edit. Update the user by clicking on the Make a Dashboard User button.
Online Scheduling ASAP List 'Patient Status' Filter
When accessing your ASAP List in the Online Scheduling Action Items, you can now filter by patient status. The new ASAP List filter includes New or Existing patients. This helps to ensure you are able to fill the schedule with the patients your practice needs.

Input Clinical Hours from Your Practice Management Software
We are excited to announce that you are now able to input Clinical Hours by pulling them directly from your Practice Management Software Provider Clinical Hours. Learn more about setting up Clinical Hours here.
Clinical hours input from your practice management software are pulled from the provider's hours as set in your practice management software.

New Office Managers, Practice Owners, and Admins Will Automatically Receive Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports
All new Office Managers, Practice Owners, or Admins will by receive daily, weekly, and monthly reports by default. Of course, users can choose to turn these reports off should they wish to not receive them by updating their permissions or turning the reports toggle on/off.

Referral Sources Scorecards
In addition to Location, Provider, and Procedure Codes, you can now make Scorecards that focus on Referral Sources! This is a huge advancement for Scorecards and makes it quick and easy for your practice to find out where your patients are coming from and how you can increase marketing efforts to increase new patients at your practice.
