If you are unable to access Swell or Engagement Settings, you have not been granted permission in your user profile. Contact an admin team member in your practice to enable access or work with them to complete the steps outlined in the instructions below. Click here to learn how to update user permissions.


Monitor & Manage Reviews

Swell consolidates all your reviews from all channels in a single dashboard, so you can easily manage your online reputation in one place. Monitor your review sites across different platforms and track performance over time to gain key insights into how your practice is doing.

From the Swell Review tab, you can view individual reviews from patients that show their name, notes, rating, as well as when the review was posted. With this feature, you'll always stay on top of what patients are saying about your practice and can respond in a timely and effective manner.


Communicate Directly with Patients

The Swell Message tab allows you to communicate directly with patients through the platform, making it easy to address concerns, answer questions, and provide top notch customer service.

Manage Contacts

The Swell People tab provides you with an organized list of all of your contacts, so you can easily keep track of your patients and their contact information.


Swell Webchat Widget

Setting Up Swell in Engagement

Ready to get started? Swell is fully integrated with Engagement, so that you can manage more with less. Select Swell as your preferred Review channel in Engagement Settings by following the steps below:

  1. Access Engagement Settings in the upper right corner

  2. Click on the Practice Setup tab and then click on the Reviews section

  3. Under the Mode section, select the bubble next to Swell

  4. When finished, click on the blue Save button to update your settings
