To view Commlogs (Communication Logs) from Engagement inside of Open Dental, follow these steps:

In OpenDental go to Account on left hand side

Then click Show at the top of the far right column

1. In OpenDental go to Account on left hand side 
2. Then click Show at the top of the far right column

3. Select Show Automated Commlogs

This will allow you to view the Automated Commlogs that are pushed through from Engagement!
