Engagement: How to Mark Forms and Health History Updates as Completed

In Engagement, you can mark forms and health history updates as completed for individual patients to avoid requests being sent out automatically through the Automated Appointment Communication. To learn more about this automation, click here.

To learn how to mark forms and health history updates as complete follow these steps:

  1. Click the Forms icon (white paper icon) next to the patient's name on the Patients tab

  2. This will populate the Prepare Forms and Consents page

  3. Click on the Pencil icon next to the applicable form

  4. Enter in the Completion Date

  5. Click Save


How to Mark Health History as Submitted

  1. Click into the Health History icon (black clipboard icon) next to the patient's name in the Patients tab

  2. Enter in the Date that the Health History was submitted on

  3. Click Save

Note: If you do not see the Forms Icon or the Health History Icon next to the patients name, this means the patient's forms / Health History have been marked as completed/submitted.
