There are multiple Hygiene Visit metrics throughout the Dental Intelligence portal. These metrics have differing logics or definitions, depending on where you are looking. This relates directly to the Performance Board, the Daily Report and the Provider Pulse. Refer to the following information to learn about these criteria


Hygiene Visit Logics

Daily Report

The Daily Report will only show appointments that have a Hygienist listed as the provider. The metrics are not based off of ADA codes.

Performance Board

The Performance Board shows Hygiene appointments as any appointment that is on the schedule with the ADA codes of D1110, D1120, D4341. D4342, D4355, D4910, D4921, D4999, D6080, D4646, and D6081.

Provider Pulse

The Provider Pulse shows hygiene appointments as any visit that had an ADA code of D1110, D1120, D4341. D4342, D4355, D4910, D4921, D4999, D6080, D4646, and D6081 walked out on the ledger.
