Within Engagement Online Scheduling, you have the ability to send patients a general practice link so they can see all of the service types your practice offers. To learn how to create appointment types for that link, click here.

You can also create and send custom scheduling links, which will allow them to schedule for a specific appointment type.


How to Send Custom Scheduling Links

Step by Step Instructions

Note: Prior to sending a Custom Online Scheduling link, there must be a custom scheduling link already created. To learn more, refer to the following article: Custom Online Scheduling Links.

  1. Access the Settings

  2. Select Practice Setup

  3. Navigate to Online Scheduling

  4. To see all of the custom scheduling links available to your practice, click on Custom scheduling links.

  5. Click on the Copy icon next to the link name

  6. Once copied, you can paste the link into a patient message with one of the following options:

    • A direct message

    • A formatted email

    • As a stored template

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Access the Settings

  2. Navigate to Services

  3. Click on Resources

  4. Click on the Copy icon next to the Online Scheduling link

  5. Once copied, you can send the link to patients with one of the following options:

    • A direct message

    • A formatted email

    • As a stored template
