If you are part of a DSO, or Dental Support Organization, accessing reports through Dental Intelligence Analytics has never been easier!
Using these reports will leave less room for human error, help you predict your practice's data high and low points, and give you access to easy-to-read data at the click of a button.
DSO Reports are only accessible from the Analytics-Only portal and are not available in the unified Dental Intelligence dashboard.
How to Access DSO Reports
Login to the Analytics-Only portal
Click on the pie chart icon

Select the desired report from the drop down menu:

The Operations Report provides a comprehensive overview of the organization's performance and are typically the starting point for leaders seeking a broad understanding of the organization's performance.
Operations Report: Top 20/Bottom 20

Purpose: The Top 20/Bottom 20 Report for DSO dental practices includes ranked Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This report provides a quick and easy means of determining which locations fall within the top 20, bottom 20, and middle 60 percent of performance on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
To view the Top 20/Bottom 20, toggle on the button at the top of your reports.

Operations Report: Provider
Operations Report: Provider
Purpose: The Provider Report for DSO dental practices gives an overview of how providers are doing across the organization. It includes information about their productivity, collections, and case acceptance. This report is like the Provider Pulse but shows all the information in one place instead of having to look at each part separately.

Purpose: The Goals Report for DSO dental practices helps track progress and make plans on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. It shows which parts of the Profitability Formula needs attention to help reach the goals.

Patients Report
The Patients Report provides comprehensive information on patient demographics, including demographics of patients seen at the practice, and new patient acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives.

Purpose: The New Patients Overview Report provides a comprehensive review of new patient acquisition performance, including the source of patients, the value of patients per referral source, patient acquisition performance, and marketing analysis. This report is available on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

Purpose: The Marketing Report provides a comprehensive analysis of the sources of new patients and active patients, including referral source and geography. It also includes information on the top 10 referral sources, insurance sources, and employer sources, as well as the number of new patients by zip code. This report enables DSOs to gain valuable insights into the sources of their new patients, allowing them to make informed marketing decisions.

The Metric Drilldown Report provides a unique set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are not typically run more than once. This report enables the selection of specific KPIs for viewing by month, week, region, and location. The KPIs can also be filtered by region and location, providing a comprehensive and customizable view of performance metrics.
Growth Platform Activity Report
The Growth Platform Activity Report provides a monthly, quarterly, or yearly overview of the adoption and utilization of the investment in Dental Intelligence Analytics by different locations. The report helps to quickly assess the success of the investment and reinforce standard operating procedures. Additionally, the report helps to validate the return on investment and facilitate follow-up actions as necessary.
