As the world becomes increasingly digitized, many businesses and organizations are turning to online scheduling as a way to streamline their operations and improve customer satisfaction. By providing a scheduling widget on your website, new and existing patients can easily make an appointment without any hassle.

Create New Widgets

  1. Access Your Online Scheduling Settings

  2. Click on the Widget Tab

  3. Click on the Create Widget button. This will take you to a screen where you can customize your widget.

  4. Provide an internal name for your staff and a button name that will be visible to patients on your website.

  5. Select a custom scheduling link from the dropdown menu

  6. Once you've customized your widget, you'll need to choose how you'd like it to be positioned on your website.

  7. Click Create. Once created, you will see a list of all practice widgets:

  8. If there is a hazard icon, the custom scheduling link is broken and needs adjustments in your custom scheduling link

  9. Click on the three dot menu to edit, hide, or delete the widget. Any updates you make will be reflected on your website automatically.

  10. In your Widgets list, you'll discover valuable statistics like conversion rate and total scheduled appointments, providing insights into your practice's performance and helping you make informed decisions and plans.


Add a Widget to Your Website

Once you've created the widget, it's ready to be added to your website. To do this, you'll need to copy the JavaScript code.

  1. Click on the three dot menu next to the widget and select Details

  2. Select Copy Code and provide it to your web developer to add to your website
