DI Insurance: Install the Vyne Plug-In

Start submitting claims from your practice management software with the Vyne plug-in!

Before you can start submitting claims from your practice management software to Dental Intelligence Insurance, you'll need to install the Vyne plug-in.

System Requirements

Before you get started, check to make sure your system meets the following Vyne operating requirements:

Initial Install (Onboarding Appointment)

Administration rights required

Microsoft Windows Requirements

  • Version 7 or higher

  • Processor (CPU): 4 GB minimum Hard

  • Drive Size: 500 GB Storage

  • .NET Framework 4.8 or higher

Internet Service

Broadband or high-speed Internet connection

Internet Browser

Google Chrome preferred

Firewall Exclusions

Outgoing:

Antivirus Whitelist*

  • Services1.rss-llc.com

  • ClaimListener.exe

  • FileWatcher.exe

*Whitelisting, if required by your antivirus software, must be performed after the initial Onboarding.

Download and Install the Plug-In

Watch this short video to learn how to install the plug-in or follow along with our step-by-step instructions below.

To install the Vyne plug-in:

  1. Click on Downloads in the left side menu, then click Download in the Vyne Dental Plugin box

  2. The plugin will show in your downloads in your browser. When complete, click on the download to open it

  3. The Vyne plug-in window will open. Click the Install button to begin

  4. In the next window, click Yes to allow the Vyne plug-in to continue installation

  5. The installation window will proceed. When finished, you'll see the Installation Successfully Completed window. Click Close

  6. Minimize your web browser (if it isn't already). Then, double-click on the Vyne Dental Plugin shown on your desktop

  7. Enter your DI Insurance username and password, then click Log In to finish (Tip: Select the "Remember Me" checkbox to save your credentials for the next time you login)
