Before you can start submitting claims from your practice management software to Dental Intelligence Insurance, you'll need to install the Vyne plug-in.

*Whitelisting, if required by your antivirus software, must be performed after the initial Onboarding.
Download and Install the Plug-In

To install the Vyne plug-in:
Click on Downloads in the left side menu, then click Download in the Vyne Dental Plugin box
The plugin will show in your downloads in your browser. When complete, click on the download to open it
The Vyne plug-in window will open. Click the Install button to begin
In the next window, click Yes to allow the Vyne plug-in to continue installation
The installation window will proceed. When finished, you'll see the Installation Successfully Completed window. Click Close
Minimize your web browser (if it isn't already). Then, double-click on the Vyne Dental Plugin shown on your desktop
Enter your DI Insurance username and password, then click Log In to finish (Tip: Select the "Remember Me" checkbox to save your credentials for the next time you login)
