Catch any missing information on a claim before submitting it to insurance using the DI Insurance module. Below are step by step instructions for how to send your office’s insurance claims from your Practice Management Software to the DI Insurance module.

Dentrix
Sending Claims to DI Insurance
Open the Office Manager in Dentrix by clicking the Brown Chair icon
Select File then Printer Setup
Change the default report printer to Vyne Print Driver and click OK
In the Office Manager, highlight the claims you want to send to DI Insurance
Click the Printer Icon
💥Note💥: This will send your claims to the DI Insurance module
Open your DI Insurance module and go to Claims Management to verify all necessary claims have been added
Once you have verified your insurance claims have been added to the DI Insurance module, look over the Status column to find any potential missing information and update any claims that need adjustments

Eaglesoft
Sending Claims to DI Insurance
In Eaglesoft, select on the Claims icon
Process Insurance Claims will display here and you will be able to see all claims that have not been sent to DI Insurance by the checkmark next to Unsubmitted in the View section
Make sure all the claims you want to send to DI Insurance have the Vyne Dental or Print RES form in the Form Name column of the Process Insurance Claims window
Select the claims you are wanting to sent to DI Insurance and click Process in your Process Insurance Claims window
💥Note💥:This will send your batched claims to the DI Insurance module
Open your DI Insurance module and go to Claims Management to verify all necessary claims have been added
Once you have verified your insurance claims have been added to the DI Insurance module, look over the Status column to find any potential missing information and update any claims that need adjustments

Open Dental
Sending Claims to DI Insurance
Select Manage on the left panel of Open Dental
In the Manage claims window, click Send Claims
Highlight the claims that you want to send to DI Insurance and click Send E-Claims
Select OK on the pop-up asking if you want to send the selected e-claims

Open your DI Insurance module and go to Claims Management to verify all necessary claims have been added
Once you have verified your insurance claims have been added to the DI Insurance module, look over the Status column to find any potential missing information and update any claims that need adjustments
