DI Insurance: Submitting Claims

This article will go over how to batch, add attachments, and submit claims using the DI Insurance module.

DI Insurance offers increased transparency when it comes to filing your claims, enabling you to detect any missing details beforehand and thereby ensuring a prompt payment process for your office. Presented below are a set of simple instructions that outline the process of submitting insurance claims for your office via DI Insurance.

Navigating DI Insurance and Claim Management

Adding Attachments

If an attachment to your claim is required, watch this video to see how you can easily add your attachments before submitting your claims.


Submit a Claim

  1. Select Claims from the Insurance drop-down

  2. In the Unsent tab, you will see details for all unsent claims

  3. Use the Filter by dropdown menu to filter through different claims status

  4. To see why a claim has failed, click on the patient's name

    1. A red notification will appear next to the section that needs to be corrected

  5. To add an attachment to a claim, simply click on the available options to take a screen capture, upload a file, or take a keyboard capture.

  6. Once corrected, you can Save and Exit, or Send Claim

Submit Bulk Claims

  1. To submit your claims in bulk, simply select the box next to each patient's name to include their claims. For added convenience, you can also streamline the process by selecting the top box to include all patients at once.

  2. Select the dropdown arrow and click Send
