DI Insurance provides you with more transparency for your claims when submitting them, giving you the opportunity to catch missing information prior to sending them off, allowing your office to get paid faster. Below are step by step instructions for how to submit your office’s insurance claims using DI Insurance.

Submitting Claims

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Make sure you are on the Claims Management screen

  2. Select individual claims by using the checkbox under Actions for claims or choose to Select All under actions

  3. Use the drop-down arrow and select Send to send the claim(s)

  4. To see claims that have already been sent, select the Sent tab
