You are able to access support and several built in resources right from within your DI Insurance Module. In this article we will cover how to:

DI Insurance is available with your Dental Intelligence product bundle. Dental Intelligence has partnered with Vyne to provide this service to our customers.

  1. Select the dropdown arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner

  2. Select Resources

    1. Here you can access and download your ERA Enrollment Forms

    2. Claims Enrollment Forms

    3. Training Videos including

      1. Claims Management - Attachments

      2. Claims Management - Sent Claims

      3. Claims Management - Unsent Claims

    4. Tips

      1. In this section you will be able to find recent updated releases to the Insurance module as well as some helpful Common Rejection Resources


Should you run into technical issues and need to contact support regarding your DI Insurance module, you can email the Vyne support team at support@vynedental.com. You can also initiate a conversation by accessing the support option within your DI Insurance module:

  1. Select the dropdown arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner

  2. Select Contact Support
