You are able to access support and several built in resources right from within your DI Insurance Module. In this article we will cover how to:

DI Insurance is available with your Dental Intelligence product bundle. Dental Intelligence has partnered with Vyne to provide this service to our customers.

In-App Resources

  1. Select the dropdown arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner

  2. Select Resources

    1. Here you can access and download your ERA Enrollment Forms

    2. Claims Enrollment Forms

Search the DI Knowledge Base

Need to access the DI Knowledge Base for articles specific to Engagement and your DI Insurance module? Just click on the question mark in the upper right corner of your DI Insurance portal and then click Insurance Knowledge Base to search for helpful articles and videos!


Contact Vyne Support

Should you run into technical issues and need to contact support regarding your DI Insurance module, you can email the Vyne support team at disupport@vynedental.com. You can also initiate a conversation by accessing the support option within your DI Insurance module:

  1. Select the dropdown arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner

  2. Select Contact Support

    1. Complete the required Name, Phone, and Message fields to submit a request to the DI Insurance support team

    2. You can also directly email the Vyne support team at: disupport@vynedental.com
