Install the JETT Plugin

Start submitting claims from your practice management software with the JETT Plugin (formerly known as the PMS Dental Plugin)

Before you can start submitting claims from your practice management software to Dental Intelligence Insurance, you'll need to install the JETT Plugin.

⚠️ The JETT Plugin is not compatible with Mac OS and must be installed on a computer with Windows OS.

System Requirements

Before you get started, check to make sure your system meets the following Vyne Dental operating requirements:

Initial Install (Onboarding Appointment)

Administration rights required

Microsoft Windows Requirements

  • Version 7 or higher

  • Processor (CPU): 4 GB minimum Hard

  • Drive Size: 500 GB Storage

  • .NET Framework 4.8 or higher

Internet Service

Broadband or high-speed Internet connection

Internet Browser

Google Chrome preferred

Firewall Exclusions

Outgoing:

Antivirus Whitelist*

  • Services1.rss-llc.com

  • ClaimListener.exe

  • FileWatcher.exe

*Whitelisting, if required by your antivirus software, must be performed after the initial Onboarding.

Download and Install the JETT Plugin

Note: The JETT Plugin must be installed on every workstation that will be sending claims.

  1. Next, click on your name in the upper right corner of the dashboard and choose Downloads from the dropdown menu

  2. In the JETT Plugin section, click on the Download button to begin downloading the plugin

  3. The plugin will show in your downloads in your browser or directly on your computer. When complete, click on the download to open it

  4. The JETT Plugin window will open. Click the Install button to begin (Note: If prompted, allow changes to the computer by entering the workstation administrator password)

  5. The installation window will proceed. When installation is complete, enter your DI Insurance credentials then click Log In

  6. Note for Dentrix users: If your practice uses Dentrix, enable claims and statements by selecting each checkbox during the JETT Plugin setup, then click Continue

    You may see the following warning window appear: "By clicking Continue, you are opting to send your statements through Vyne Trellis instead of your existing statement provider. Additional fees apply for statement processing through Trellis." Click Continue to proceed.

  7. If you're setting up a new workstation to send claims from, name the workstation (Note: The printer name cannot contain 'Vyne' in any form) and then click Save Printer Name

  8. Once installed, JETT becomes the default printer on the workstation
