Before you can start submitting claims from your practice management software to Dental Intelligence Insurance, you'll need to install the JETT Plugin.

*Whitelisting, if required by your antivirus software, must be performed after the initial Onboarding.
Download and Install the JETT Plugin

Note: The JETT Plugin must be installed on every workstation that will be sending claims.
To install the JETT Plugin:
Next, click on your name in the upper right corner of the dashboard and choose Downloads from the dropdown menu
In the JETT Plugin section, click on the Download button to begin downloading the plugin
The plugin will show in your downloads in your browser or directly on your computer. When complete, click on the download to open it
The JETT Plugin window will open. Click the Install button to begin
In the next window, click Yes to allow the JETT Plugin to continue installation
The installation window will proceed. When finished, you'll see the Installation Successfully Completed window. Click Close
Minimize your web browser (if it isn't already). Then, double-click on the JETT Plugin shown on your desktop
Enter your DI Insurance username and password, then click Log In to finish (Tip: Select the "Remember Me" checkbox to save your credentials for the next time you login)
