Edit Mobile App Invitation Verbiage
To edit the message that the patient receives with their mobile app invitation, follow the instructions below:
Click on the settings gear in the upper right corner of Engagement
Click on the Verbiage tab, then look for the Mobile Application Invite section
Click on the pencil icon to edit the text and email versions of the invitation message
Make changes to the template by editing the fillable field. Insert placeholders by clicking on the Insert Placeholders dropdown
⭐ Inserting the :link placeholder will add a link to the mobile app so that the patient can download it on their mobile device. If you don't add the :link placeholder somewhere in the body of your message, it will be automatically added to the end of the message by default.
Click Save to apply your changes
Send Mobile App Invites to Patients
Send a Mobile App Invite
To send a mobile app invite to a patient, click on the 3-dot menu next to the patient's name. Click on Communication then choose Send an App Invite.
Send Mobile App Invites in Bulk
To send mobile app invites to multiple patients at once:
Click on the Patients dashboard in the left side menu of Engagement
If you'd like, apply filters to populate a list of patients based on certain qualifiers
Click on the checkbox next to Bulk Actions to select all patients
Click on Bulk Actions then click Send an App Invite
Choose the preferred delivery channel (email or text), then click Send
