In order to manually send Loyalty points to patients, the patient must be an active Mobile App user. Learn more about inviting patients to use the Modento Patient mobile app here.
How to Send Loyalty Points to a Patient Manually
Click on the 3-dot menu next to a patient name
Hover over Communication, then click Send a Direct Message
Add text, load a quick message template and insert placeholders as needed
Select the Mobile App + Push Delivery Channel option (Note: If this option is not available, this means they are not a mobile app user & cannot receive loyalty points)
Select the Give Loyalty Points checkbox and enter in the number of points you would like to reward the patient
Click Send
