Engagement: How to Set Up Rewarded Actions and Rewards for Your Loyalty Program

Customize your location's Loyalty Program and encourage patients to complete tasks to redeem points and achieve rewards

Our unique Loyalty Program rewards patients for completing tasks that help them get the care they need and help you reach the goals you've set for your practice. You enjoy a more efficient practice, and your patient base is excited about coming to the dentist and completing mundane tasks like routine paperwork.

Get started setting up rewarded actions and redeemable rewards:

Before you get started customizing your rewards, make sure that you have the mobile app enabled. Ensure that the checkbox next to Mobile App is selected:

Add a Reward

Rewards are the achievable items that are redeemable when a patient has collected the appropriate number of points. Rewards are completely customizable.

If you are unable to access this feature or make changes, you have not been granted permission in your user profile. Contact an admin team member in your practice to enable access or work with them to complete the steps outlined in the instructions below. Click here to learn how to update user permissions.

To add a new reward item:

  1. Access Engagement Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner

  2. Click on Practice Setup, then click Mobile App / Loyalty

  3. Click the blue Add reward button

  4. Customize the reward by adding the following details:

    1. Enter the name of the reward (ie, the name of the gift, dental supplies, service that it is for)

    2. Enter the point value of the reward

    3. Select the reward category

    4. Upload a reward image (preferably a PNG file with a transparent or white background)

  5. Click the Save reward button to finish

Edit Rewarded Actions

Our patient loyalty program allows you to reward your patients for a variety of things, including showing up on time, filling out their required forms, and referring family and friends. Even making on-time payments can come with small rewards, which means they're more likely to pay on time.

To edit rewarded actions that patients can begin collecting as points, follow these steps:

  1. Access Engagement Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner

  2. Click on Practice Setup, then click Mobile App / Loyalty

  3. Click the Edit rewarded actions button

  4. Modify the points value for the desired rewarded actions

  5. Disable or enable rewards by selecting or deselecting the checkboxes for each reward

  6. Click Save to apply your changes


Edit Rewards

Rewards are the achievable items that are redeemable when a patient has collected the appropriate number of points. Rewards are completely customizable. To modify or delete existing rewards:

  1. Access Engagement Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner

  2. Click on Practice Setup, then click Mobile App / Loyalty

  3. Click on the 3-dot menu next to each reward item and click Edit reward or Delete reward

  4. If editing a reward, make changes to the reward name, point value, category, or image and then be sure to click Save reward to apply changes
