Engagement: Redeem Loyalty Points

Learn how patients can redeem loyalty points for earning rewards

After you have enabled the Mobile App and Loyalty Program, your patients can start earning Loyalty Points by continuing to use their Modento Mobile App! Once they have collected enough loyalty points they can redeem their loyalty points for rewards.

When patients have built up their points and would like to redeem a reward, they will be able to select the gift in the app and view a Redemption Code. This code will then be provided to you in-office where you will enter it into the Rewards dashboard in Engagement.

How Patients Redeem a Reward in the Mobile App

When a patient opens the Modento Mobile App, they'll need to tap Rewards in the left menu navigation. If they have earned enough points, they'll see available rewards and can tap the blue Do It button to claim their reward. Next, they'll need to show you the reward code so you mark their reward as earned in Engagement!

When patients redeem points on the Modento Patient app, you'll receive a notification in the Inbox.


Redemption Process

  1. When the patient presents the reward code to redeem their reward, Click on the Patients dropdown in the Engagement left side menu, then choose Rewards

  2. Enter in the Reward Code provided by the patient

  3. Click Submit, then Confirm or Cancel the reward
