Team Members Scorecards in Analytics are a powerful tool you can use to keep an eye on metrics related to Team Tasks in Engagement. Use Team Members Scorecards to drilldown into specific datasets, track trends, explore graphic visualizations, and find even more areas for opportunity across one or multiple locations.

If you are not in the Engagement Team Tasks Beta group, Team Members metrics in Scorecards will not populate data.

Team Task data in Engagement syncs with Scorecards every few hours.

Create your own custom Team Member Scorecard or start with a Team Member Template.

Get Started with a Team Member Template

In the Scorecards dashboard, click on the Templates tile. Then, choose from the following Team Members Scorecards Templates to view Engagement Team Task data:

  • Team Tasks Overview Template: Get a quick overview on how your team is utilizing Team Tasks in Engagement. How many patients did they contact? What was the conversion rate? How much has been collected on those accounts?

  • Team Tasks Detailed Template: Focus on metrics related to task attempts, patients contacted, and tasks completed. Expand the data you want to include, then export the list and bring it to your next Morning Huddle to review with your team.

  • Team Tasks Back Office Template: Geared toward team members whose main duties are related to collecting overdue dollars and monitoring post-op contacts, focus on metrics related to past due account tasks, post-op tasks, and other (miscellaneous) tasks.

  • Team Tasks Scheduling Template: Track metrics related to tasks involving confirming appointments, broken appointments, unscheduled treatment, and more. As a schedule coordinator or operations director, you'll have a birds-eye view on how your scheduling team is performing.

Once you've got a general idea of the data, dive into the available visualizations and see how team members compare across the board in easy-to-digest bar charts and trend lines.

The Visualize Performance tab makes it easy to communicate and present data without the need for multiple complex spreadsheets. Hover over each bar graph to quickly view the details of each selected metric and team member.

The Visualize Trends tab is a great tool that you can use to visually compare successes and/or struggles across team members over time. Hover over over each data point to quickly view the details of the selected metric. Click on the team member name to hide/show the trend line from the presentation.
