Why a DO NOT RECALL banner appears in the Analytics Patient Card, and where it comes from in your practice management system.

Whenever there is a red "DO NOT RECALL" banner on a patient's profile, Dental Intelligence will not create any Automatic Hygiene Recare, Unscheduled Broken Appointment, or Unscheduled Treatment Follow Ups for that patient. This will also prevent patients from receiving bulk & individual Online Scheduling text messages through the LocalMed and Dental Intelligence Integration.

This red "DO NOT RECALL" banner shows up on patients for different reasons, based on which Practice Management Software you use. To see what this looks like for you, find the software that you use in your practice: ๐Ÿ‘‡


DENTRIX:

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up in Dental Intelligence if either "No Phone Calls" or "No Correspondence" are checked in Dentrix.


OPEN DENTAL:

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up in Dental Intelligence if the "Preferred Recall Method" is set to "Do Not Recall" in Open Dental.


EAGLESOFT:ย 

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up in Dental Intelligence if "Receive Recalls" is NOT checked in Eaglesoft.ย 


FUSE:

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up in Dental Intelligence if the "Opt Out of All Communications" toggle is switched On in Fuse.
