Learn about the Dental Intelligence Analytics mobile application

Dental Intelligence has an app for your phone or tablet that allows you to check in on your schedule and keep track of your goal progress. Read on below to learn how to navigate the mobile app and find statistics on the go!

Download the App

You can download the Dental Intelligence Analytics app by searching for DI Analytics in the Apple App or Google Play Stores. The icon will look like this:

Once the app has downloaded, login using your Analytics username and password credentials.

You are able to limit and control which team members have access to the DI Analytics mobile app. Refer to our Permissions guide to learn how to disable or enable access to this feature for your team members:

Viewing the Schedule in the Mobile App

Here is the main section for the Schedule. Right off the bat, you will see how many patients you have scheduled for each hour you are working, whether or not you are scheduled to your goal and the amount of unscheduled TX the patients coming in have.

You can change the date range at anytime just by scrolling at the top or tapping the calendar icon at the top left:

Viewing Providers and Patients 

If you tap the Practice drop down menu at the top, you can choose to view an individual provider's schedule or all Dentists/Hygienists.

This will also include some helpful information like New Patients or if they have a birthday two weeks before or after their appointment. You can even swipe left on each patient to see things like Unscheduled Family Members, Balance, and their Unscheduled Treatment amount

Important Note: The Production per Hour in the Dental Intelligence Mobile App may not match perfectly with the Production per Hour found in the Online Portal ( because of how the system pulls data. The mobile app pulls data by days and the Online Portal pulls it by a time frame.


If you are experiencing any issues opening the mobile app, follow these quick steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Delete or uninstall the DI Analytics app from your phone or tablet and wait 10 minutes, then reinstall through your app store

  2. Reopen the app and login to your account using your Analytics credentials
