Review the onboarding timeline and prepare for implementation of your Dental Intelligence Software

Welcome to Dental Intelligence, the only end-to-end practice performance solution in the dental market. Congratulations on taking the first step to save time, grow your practice and create an ideal patient experience!

Here's an outline of your upcoming onboarding journey timeline. Throughout your Onboarding Journey, we'll provide you with the tools, features, and knowledge we have available to help your practice implement each module.


Phase 1: Installation Call

Who?

  • Dental Practice Administrator

  • Dental Intelligence Installation Specialist

What?

  • Our Installation Team will help ensure that our software is set up correctly and that your practice management software is connected.

  • You will need the credentials to your practice management software and your server.


Phase 2: Payments and Insurance Enrollment

Who?

  • Dental Practice Administrator

  • Dental Intelligence Installation Specialist

What?

Once your software has been installed, a separate Enrollment call will be scheduled to gather Payment and/or Insurance enrollment information. This step ensures your practice is fully set up to use Dental Intelligence effectively.


Phase 3: Kickoff Call

Who?

  • Dental Practice Administrator

  • Dental Intelligence Onboarding Specialist

What?

  • During this initial meeting with your onboarding specialist, we will discuss your desired outcome, provide a general site overview, and create a success plan unique to your goals.

  • We will also schedule your first webinar training and provide you with a list of tasks to complete before and after each session.

Post-Kickoff Call Action Items

After you've met with your Onboarding Specialist for a kickoff call, get started by adding your practice team members and kiosks to Engagement and Analytics.

Before you can get started using Dental Intelligence, it's critical that you set up your team so that everyone has the appropriate permissions and access to the tools that will help your practice thrive. Follow along with our step-by-step guides below:

Please note: If you have a Dental Intelligence bundle subscription with access to Engagement and Analytics, you must set up your team in each portal.

Setting up kiosks in Engagement will help make your in-office processes all the more efficient. Follow along with our step-by-step guide below to add kiosks to Engagement:

✅ Download Dental Intelligence Mobile Apps

Once you've added users and kiosks to Engagement and Analytics, make sure to download Dental Intelligence mobile apps that can help you and your team stay connected whenever you're away from a computer.


Phase 4: Webinar Trainings

Dental Intelligence webinar training sessions are designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge to make the most of our platform. We host live webinars every week to help you and your team get up to speed. Remember, our onboarding specialists are always available to answer any questions you may have!

Before we jump in to more in-depth team trainings, it's important that you learn the basics of how Engagement and Analytics look and function. For your convenience, these webinars have been pre-recorded so that you can watch them any time, anywhere.

Engagement Team Training Live Webinars

Engagement Team Training webinars run every Monday and Wednesday afternoon. In these webinars we will discuss daily workflows, sending forms and consents, and bulk messaging. Click here to register for an upcoming session.

Once you've attended an Engagement team training, it's time to familiarize your team with Engagement functions you'll be using every day! Review the dashboard, manage communications through the inbox and patient chat, learn how to send forms and consents, and utilize features like patient cards and treatment plans.

Analytics Team Training Webinars

Analytics Team Training webinars run every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. In these webinars we will discuss the Morning Huddle and Follow Ups. Click here to register for an upcoming session.

Once you've attended an Analytics team training, familiarize your team with the Performance and Collections boards, implement a Morning Huddle, and utilize tools like Patient Finder and Follow Ups.


Phase 6: Graduation Call

  • Dental Intelligence Onboarding Specialist

What?

During this meeting, your onboarding specialist will review your progress and ensure that you have the desired tools enabled to track the success of your implementation.

Daily, weekly, and monthly routines can make everything run smoother, saving your practice time and hassle. With clear workflows in place, your team can give patients top-notch care without missing a beat. Plus, it keeps everyone on the same page, making the day go by with fewer hiccups and more smiles.

At this point, initial set up tasks have been completed and your team should be well on their way to using Dental Intelligence features on a daily basis. The final step for you and your team is to establish daily, weekly, and monthly workflows that will help you and your team continue to drive success.
