Phase 1: Installation Call

Who?	Dental Practice Administrator Dental Intelligence Installation Specialist
What?	Our Installation Team will help ensure that our software is set up correctly and that your practice management software is connected. You will need the credentials to your practice management software and your server.

Phase 2: Payments and Insurance Enrollment

Who?	Dental Practice Administrator Dental Intelligence Installation Specialist
What?	Once your software has been installed, a separate Enrollment call will be scheduled to gather Payment and/or Insurance enrollment information. This step ensures your practice is fully set up to use Dental Intelligence effectively.

Phase 3: Kickoff Call

What?	During this initial meeting with your onboarding specialist, we will discuss your desired outcome, provide a general site overview, and create a success plan unique to your goals.
