Here's an outline of your upcoming onboarding journey timeline, as well as important details about which members of your team should plan to attend these meetings. Throughout your Onboarding Journey, we'll provide you with the tools, features, and knowledge we have available to help your practice implement each module.


Installation Call

Who?

  • Dental Practice Administrator

  • Dental Intelligence Installation Specialist

What?

  • The first step of your journey is getting Dental Intelligence installed and synced with your practice management software with help from our Installation Team.

  • Our Installation Team will help ensure that our software is set up correctly and that your practice management software is connected.

  • You will need the credentials to your practice management software and your server.


Welcome Call

Who?

  • Dental Practice Administrator

  • Dental Intelligence Onboarding Specialist

What?

  • During this initial meeting with your onboarding specialist, we will discuss your desired outcome, provide a general site overview, and create a success plan unique to your goals.

  • We'll also schedule our Stage 1 training session and provide you with a list of action items you'll need to complete prior to our first official training.


Onboarding Stages

Stage 1: Automation & Setup (Admin Training)

Who?

  • Dental Practice Administrator

  • Dental Intelligence Onboarding Specialist

What?

  • During this call with your onboarding specialist, we will ensure that you have all of your automation set up properly and are ready to activate your Dental Intelligence software.

If you are switching your VoIP phone service provider when enrolling in Dental Intelligence, please make sure that you schedule your phone number to be ported to your new provider AFTER your Setup/Activation call. This is to avoid a disruption of services.

Stage 2: Daily Actions (Team Training)

Who?

  • We invite your entire team to join this training

  • Dental Intelligence Onboarding Specialist

What?

  • During this call, we'll become familiar with the daily actions and workflows your team will want to implement on a daily basis to ensure you are reaching your desired outcome with our solutions.

Stage 3: Performance Review Meeting

Who?

  • Dental Practice Administrator

  • Dental Intelligence Onboarding Specialist

What?

  • During this meeting, your onboarding specialist will review your progress and ensure that you have the desired tools enabled to track the success of your implementation.


Conclusion: Utilizing Your New Software

At this point, initial set up tasks have been completed and your team should be well on their way to using Dental Intelligence features on a daily basis. The final step for you and your team is to establish daily, weekly, and monthly workflows that will help you and your team continue to drive success.
